The vinyl itself has been well looked after and still retains a nice sheen. Plays through very well with no skips, sticks or jumps and excellent audio and production throughout. There are some faint hairlines under the lamp in places and I can pick out one small surface on track three side one. But overall for 48 years old this is in very nice shape. Nice example of vinyl really. The labels have no stickers or writing and have the rarer Peter Grant credit present. Minimal if any spindle wear to the centres, both in nice clean condition. Original poly lined inner sleeve with patent No. and plastic bag warning has no splits, faint ring wear, faint yellowing and creasing to one bottom corner. The outer laminated gatefold sleeve with working wheel is also in pretty decent order with no splits, stickers or writing. Readable thin spine. Some light age related yellowing to the sleeve in places with laminate scuffs also and light marks but for a white sleeve of it’s age this has been looked after also.

General U.K. record collector grading of..

Vinyl: EX to EX +

Sleeve: EX

Inner: EX -

Labels: EX +

Nice example of a rare, collectable and always highly sought after LP.

All records are properly play tested through headphones unless otherwise stated or still sealed.. All vinyl is inspected under a bright halogen lamp.. I use the standard UK record collector grading system appreciating that opinions differ. I never add more than one + or - to my gradings and never grade a record as M unless its new or sealed.
