This is a UK Original press of Led Zeppelin III. This press is complete with the earliest A5/B5 matrix and hand etched text Do What Thou Wilt / So Mote It Be and has the 'Under Licence' text above the white strip. The vinyl has the original polylined inner sleeve and laminated EJ Day Atlantic Deluxe rotating wheel, gatefold sleeve.
The record is in Excellent condition. The vinyl is absolutely sensational, complete with a superb gloss and the original jet black finish. The grooves show no sign of age or use at all, there are just a couple of the very slightest wispy marks. The label is also absolutely sensational. The colours are vivid, the white is bright and the text is sharp. There is just the very slightest spindle wear. The vinyl is complete with the original polylined inner sleeve also in Excellent condition.
When played the vinyl is Near Mint. The sound is rich, bold, warm and complete. Superb audio separation and clarity throughout. The vinyl really does look and sound absolutely sensational.
The UK 1st press Atlantic Deluxe gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition. The die-cut circles have no wear at all, they are immaculate. The colours are vivid, the white is bright and the spinning wheel is perfect. There are a couple of laminate creases on the back, these were original pressing creases. The inside is superb and the spine is solid with clear text.
The vinyl and sleeve are in rare superb condition.
