UK Atlantic K50002 LED ZEPPELIN III album.

matrix: A “Do what thou wilt” 2401002 / B2.

GATEFOLD LAMINATED cover has perfectly working rotating wheel and is EX+ (perfect on spine too).

As you can see, there is a round sticker inside, covering and substituting some old credits.

Vinyl is EXCELLENT COND. It still retains a super sheen and has clean labels.

 A hairline across "Gallows Pole" causes several clicks notable only in the quieter parts.

Beautiful item.

My Vinyl Grading:

S: SEALED.

New, pristine.

NM: NearMint

Open, rarely played, as NEW.

EX: excellent.

Someone has cared for this LP very nicely. Maybe only 1 or 2 blemishes, if any.

VG: very good

You can tell it's used, but will play through just fine with little surface noise.

G: good.

Visible scratches/scuffs/playmarks and there is a strong possibility of surface noise, maybe a skip.

P:poor.

Wear and scratches, a skip or two or three. But's not junk, it's a RELIC !!

LED ZEPPELIN III is the sound of rock's brash enfants terrible beginning to mature. While the take-no-prisoners blues-rock of the first two albums is still prominent in the band's tool box, other implements are beginning to appear. The delicate acoustic whispers that would run through much of ZEPPELIN IV have their folk/blues antecedents here (the lambent "That's the Way," the earthy "Bron-Y-Aur Stomp"), the results of the band's creative encampment in a woodland dwelling. At the same time, the heavier tracks are unprecedented in their ferocious swagger. Robert Plant's bone-chilling battle cry and the band's savage riffing on "The Immigrant Song" do full justice to the song's Viking imagery, and it's easy to believe that the "hammer of the gods" Plant sings about is being swung straight in your direction.
