LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN III
on ATLANTIC RECORDS -2401002 - (1970) - UK 1st Pressing- red/maroon colour Atlantic label-"do what thou wilt" inscribed in run-off-made in Gt. BRITAIN.
vinyl is in excellent condition, looks nice and shiny, no scratches. I have been listening to it and it sounds great, there is some occasional background noise, particularly in the quiet bits. Labels are in excellent condition, some spindle marking."do what thou wilt" is inscribed in the dead wax on side one, and "so make it be" on side two. Original laminated gatefold rotating-wheel sleeve printed by E. J. Day is in excellent condition, nice spine and corners, glossy all round with no creases, there is a light rub/tear in middle at back (it was stored next to the rolling stones record with the zipper on the front, which pushed into this cover!) this is minor and does not detract much from the splendid sleeve. (see photo).
will be packed carefully in a heavy duty mailer with cardboard stiffening, records always removed from jacket for safer shipping. Multiple auction wins will be combined for cheaper postage costs.
