All shown postage costs are fully inclusive of loss or damage again this is a requirement of ebay and postal costs relfect this also, it is no longer offered as optional. some of the more valuable items of the same weight will also therefore show a slightly higher postal cost, basic tracked mail only covers up to around G 30, for items that are likely to sell well in excess of G 30 I have to pay around extra just to get the additional cover up to G 500 so some items will reflect this in the postage cost too, .
Sadly ebay do not accept proof of posting as evidence of shipping so sellers have to use the more expensive international tracked mail or risk being victims of fraudulent non receipt claims. if ebay allowed sellers to opt out of the protection program when buyers are specifically happy to pay and risk economy shipping then i would be able to ship much cheaper. Apologies again, this is not of my making.
