  Thanks to the world wide market that eBay attracts I have had some very good education on this particular piece. One very knowledgeable source who has written for major publications and wished to be left anonymous wrote me these details.
Hi. Thought you might like to know that this is a Philippines promo pressing intended for jukeboxes - it's hard to see in the pictures but the run-outs will read PROMO 2 SIDE I and PROMO 2 SIDE II. This record is very rare and I haven't seen a copy for sale in 10 years - whether it's a $500 record is hard to say, but it's at least $250 minimum. A lot of Zep singles (and other artists) were pressed in the Philippines for the large US military bases as well as the local market.  Holy Grail???

  VG+ -  This crazy rare 45 has some juke box groove wear but still plays very well!!!

PICTURE SLEEVE / COVER =  N/A

INNER SLEEVE = Generic

LABELS = A- Side is Clean. B-Side has some sticker residue on the bottom label. Please see the pictures.

Grading:

Mint / M = 10 out of 10. Only reserved for Sealed records or store stock new 45s. Top Copies!

Near Mint / NM = 9 out of 10. The Record may have been played with care. Near Mint vinyl should sound and Look almost new when cleaned. A cover should look new or in shrink!

Excellent / EX = 8 out of 10.  Record may have a couple blemishes such as light sleeve marks or minor scuffs on the Surface that Do Not affect the play. Cover will have the most minor of flaws. Almost Near Mint!

Very Good ++ / VG++ = 7 out of 10. Record will have a few blemishes on each side. Cover can have light ring / shelf wear!

Very Good + / VG+ = 6 out of 10. The LP has been loved responsibly. There will be signs of play such as light scratches / scuffs that Do Not affect play. There should not be overwhelming background noise. Pops and skips from deep scratches are unacceptable. You should enjoy a VG+ record w/out listener fatigue!

Very Good / VG = 5 out of 10. Record has been played numerous times. These were party records stacked on top of each other instead of being returned to inner sleeve. 45s usually still play well. LPs will have background noise but not overwhelming. This does not hurt your stylus. It is comparable to tracking the Matrix numbers in the trail off of every record.

Very Good - / VG- = Pretty worn. Only sold if they are very rare!
