Description
3rd pressing of the red/maroon label variation, with 'Killing Floor', (Burnett), correction on side 1, and "Heartbreaker" (B1) and "Moby Dick" (B4) credited to, (Baldwin), on side 2. Inside the cover track list still has "The Lemon Song", which is also on previous two pressings. However the "Lemon Song" has been replaced on the record by "Killing Floor". Unlike previous copies 'Produced by Jimmy Page' is now located under LED ZEPPELIN II on top half of the label. No track timings are given on this pressing. The gatefold unlaminated sleeve does not have "Stereo" printed on the front as do other versions. To meet the high demand for this album at that time, Polydor, sub-contracted the pressing of some copies to Pye. These versions are recognizable by a groove inside the label and matrices end and the spine title is designated as Led Zeppelin 2 (instead of II).
Vinyl is used, but in good condition, with some hairline surface marks. The gatefold sleeve is in good condition, with a small amount of wear around some corners and edges. The spine is worn, it is over 50 years old, but details are clearly legible - see all photographs.
Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.
