On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Led Zeppelin called "Led Zeppelin IV (Four Symbols)" and is an ORIGINAL 1971 UK EXPORT 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Red/Maroon (Plum) Atlantic labels!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF LED ZEPPELIN'S RAREST LPs EVER AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH COMPLETELY 'DIFFERENT' LABELS!!!!  ONLY A FEW HUNDRED OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS ONLY - WERE EVER MADE LIKE THIS (IN THIS CASE FOR EXPORT!), AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  AMAZINGLY THIS LP HAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LABELS - WHICH WERE CHANGED ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  IT IS ALSO AN ULTRA RARE UK EXPORT 1ST PRESSING - WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT 'EXPORT ONLY' WHITE INNER SLEEVE!!!!  I WILL EXPLAIN THE VITALLY IMPORTANT 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS DIFFERENCES WHICH MAKE THIS LP SO INCREDIBLY RARE!!!!

AS MANY LED ZEPPELIN COLLECTORS WILL ALREADY KNOW - ALL STANDARD 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP CAME ON THE RED/MAROON (PLUM) ATLANTIC LABEL.  HOWEVER, HAVING THIS RED/MAROON ATLANTIC LABEL DOESNT ALWAYS INDICATE A 1ST PRESSING - AS THERE WERE TWO DIFFERENT PLUM ALANTIC LABELS USED ON THIS LP!!!!  ONLY THE VERY 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP ONLY - EVER CAME WITH 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS LABELS - AND IS OF THE UTMOST RARITY AS ONLY A FEW HUNDRED WERE EVER MADE!!!!  I WILL EXPLAIN IN DETAIL - AND SHOW JUST EXACTLY WHY THIS PARTICULAR LP IS SO MUCH RARER THAN ANY OTHER!!!!  FIRSTLY IF YOU LOOK AT THESE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSED LABELS IN MY PICTURES BELOW - THE FIRST THING TO NOTICE IS THAT THE "UNDER LICENCE FROM ATLANTIC RECORDING CORPN., U.S.A" IS ABOVE THE WHITE LINE IN THE RED PART OF THE LABEL (LATER LABELS HAVE THIS TEXT INSIDE THE WHITE STRIPE) - EXACTLY THE SAME AS ALL EARLIER ATLANTIC LPS (LIKE LED ZEPPELIN III FOR EXAMPLE)!!!!  THE SECOND THING TO NOTICE IS THAT THE MUSIC CREDITS WERE ACCIDENTALLY OMITTED ON THESE EARLIEST 1ST PRESS LABELS!!!!  IF YOU LOOK BELOW THE SONG LISTING ON EITHER SIDE IT SAYS 'KINNEY MUSIC LTD' ONLY!!!!  THIS WAS A SERIOUS OMISSION - AS ON ALL LATER RED/PLUM LABELS THE CREDITS WERE CHANGED TO - 'KINNEY MUSIC/SUPERHYPE MUSIC INC'!!!!  HOWEVER, THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE ON THESE ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS LABELS - IS WERE THE 'LED ZEPPELIN' TEXT IS POSITIONED & ALSO THE EXTRA 'PETER GRANT' CREDIT WHICH WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  ON THESE ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS LABELS THE TEXT 'LED ZEPPELIN' IS POSITIONED TOWARDS THE BOTTOM OF EACH LABEL AND IS IN RELATIVELLY SMALL TEXT!!!!  ON ALL LATER LABELS THE 'LED ZEPPELIN' TEXT IS SLIGHTLY LARGER & POSITIONED TOWARDS THE TOP OF THE LABELS - JUST BELOW THE FOUR SYMBOLS!!!!  THESE EARLIEST 1ST PRESS LABELS ALSO HAVE A 'PETER GRANT' PRODUCTION CREDIT AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH LABEL - WHICH WAS COMPLETELY REMOVED ON ALL LATER LABELS!!!!  AND THESE ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS DETAILS ARE SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT - AS THEY ONLY APPLY TO 100% GENIUNE 1971 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS ONLY!!!!   AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSING YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET - FROM THE VERY 'DAY OF RELEASE' BACK IN 1971!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT - BUT THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL, AS IT IS AN ULTRA RARE UK EXPORT 1ST PRESSING!!!!  IT WAS ONLY MADE IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS FOR COUNTRIES THAT COULDNT (OR WOULDNT) PRESS THEIR OWN LPs - SO THIS LP IS OF THE UTMOST RARITY!!!!  THIS LP HAD A REAL BENEFIT FOR EASY EXPORT FROM THE UK BACK IN 1971 - AS ALL UK 1ST PRESS COVERS DIDNT HAVE A CAT NUMBER LISTED ON THE COVER AT ALL!!!!  SO IT WAS VERY EASY TO EXPORT THE LP - AND SIMPLY PUT A CATALOGUE STICKER ON THE COVER FOR RE-SALE WHEN IT WAS RECIEVED IN THE COUNTRY OF EXPORT!!!!  OF COURSE, THIS CAT NUMBER STICKER WOULD HAVE BEEN PUT ON THE 'SHRINK' - SO IT HAS LONG SINCE DISAPPEARED!!!!  HOWEVER, WHAT SHOWS THIS LP TO BE AN ULTRA RARE EXPORT, IS THE ULTRA RARE 'EXPORT ONLY' INNER SLEEVE!!!!  UNLIKE STANDARD 'NON-EXPORT' UK 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVES - IT WAS MADE IN WHITE, OR MORE ACCURATELY A VERY LIGHT GREY IN COLOUR.  THE PRINTING WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS ANY STANDARD 'NON-EXPORT' UK 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE - AND THE CARD USED IS THE SAME THICKNESS (LIKE THE STANDARD 'NON-EXPORT' UK 1ST PRESS INNERS) AND LIGHTLY TEXTURED!!!!  AND EXACTLY LIKE ALL STANDARD 'NON-EXPORT' UK 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVES - THERE IS NO CATALOGUE NUMBER ON IT, AND FROM PEOPLE I HAVE SPOKEN TOO - IT WAS APPARENTLY SIMPLY MADE A DIFFERENT COLOUR SO IT WAS EASY FOR THE PACKERS AT THE FACTORY TO PUT ASIDE THE RECORDS SPECIALLY MADE FOR EXPORT PURPOSES ONLY!!!!  OR IT COULD HAVE BEEN MADE LIKE THIS TO FIT IN WITH THE INNERS USED AT THE EXPORTED COUNTRY AT THE TIME.  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS LP WAS ONLY EVER MADE FOR EXPORT ONLY - AND IS ONE OF THE RAREST LED ZEPPELIN IV LPs EVER TO BE OFFERED FOR SALE - EVER!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN GREAT CONDITION OVERALL - AND ALTHOUGH THIS LP ISN'T IN MINT CONDITION, ITS HUGE RARITY CANNOT BE OVERSTATED!!!!  AND IT ALSO 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 'EXPORT ONLY' 1ST PRESS 'LIGHT GREY' INNER SLEEVE WHICH IS UNSPLIT FOR ONCE!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1971 UK EXPORT 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS RED/MAROON (PLUM) LABELS (WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LABEL TEXT!), ULTRA RARE 'EXPORT ONLY' 1ST PRESS 'LIGHT GREY' INNER SLEEVE, AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Atlantic UK EXPORT 1st Pressing from 1971 and is SERIOUSLY rare in EVERY respect!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is 2401 012 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Red/Maroon Atlantic label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is GREAT condition overall - and at first glance looks VERY nice indeed!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and under normal room conditions - this record still looks VERY nice indeed!!!!  However, even though this record is VERY bright & shiny looking, under light you can see a few light hairlines, 3 or 4 small scufflines, and a small mark at the VERY beginning of 1 side.  Even under light however, the overall impression is still of JET BLACK and bright & shiny looking vinyl, and it still looks very VERY nice indeed!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  The record plays with NO skips, a few pops on the intro to 'Black Dog' (from the mark mentioned above!), only a few light clicks elsewhere, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  However, although the record looks perfectly normal, it does play with some audible background sound.  Now of course 90%+ of this record is VERY loud indeed, and here the background sound is lost well behind it (though never disappears).  However, it is audible on the quietest parts, run on grooves and gaps. As I said, the record looks perfectly normal, and I can see no reason for it.  But it is there and must be mentioned. There is NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and though many might be tempted to give a higher grading here, I am being VERY strict to avoid any disappointment!!!!  THAT SAID - THE SHEER RARITY OF THIS RECORD CANNOT BE OVERSTATED, AND THE CHANCES OF EVER FINDING ANOTHER ONE LIKE THIS AGAIN - IS VERY SMALL INDEED!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press EXPORT ONLY 'Light Grey' inner sleeve which is in absolutely SUPERB condition - and UNSPLIT!!!!  The 1st Press 'Matt' Gatefold Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It is also thicker than normal - though it is MATT and this is probably just due to the Export. It has NO sticker marks, NO sticker tears, only some almost INVISIBLE 'touching in' traces to the edges & spine, NO edge splits, NO spine splits, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), barely ANY rubbing AT ALL, NO rips, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the inside of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO ringwear, NO grubbyness, and NO writing!!!!   The cover must grade Very Good++ if better!!!!  AND PLEASE DONT UNDERESTIMATE THE AMAZING RARITY OF THIS LP!!!!  ONLY A FEW HUNDRED WERE EVER MADE LIKE THIS (AND EVEN LESS FOR EXPORT!) - AND EVEN THOUGH THIS ONE ISNT MINT, THIS LP IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND WITH THESE ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS LABELS WITH DIFFERENT TEXT!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!

HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!! It really is a GREAT looking LP and it is truly rare to find any copies of this MEGA RARE LP by Led Zeppelin in this sort of condition!!!!  THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL 1971 UK 'EARLIEST' EXPORT 1ST PRESSING OF "LED ZEPPELIN IV" BY LED ZEPPELIN!!!!  Dont forget to take a look at all my other items including many other TOP LPs and contact me with any queries you may have.  Postal discounts for multiple buys are always available - and I guarantee to ALWAYS undercharge on postage!  Paypal, Bank Transfers, Cheques, International Money Orders, and Postal Orders accepted. Thanks for looking! Cheers!!!!!

Though there are rarely ever any problems with my items (I always try my very best to describe everything exactly!) - PLEASE REMEMBER to contact with me FIRST, if you have any problems at all, before you leave feedback and star ratings, so I get a chance to turn any negative experience into a positive one!  I can always happily sort anything out for you, if you let me know you have a problem!  This way no one has to leave Negative/Neutral feedback - and we both walk away happy!  Please do NOT bid if you cannot give me at least 1 chance to sort everything out to your FULL satisfaction in the unlikely event of a problem.  Thanks again - Graham @ XXXRecords.

PLEASE NOTE - Private feedback bidders must consult me first prior to bidding - due to previous problems regarding non-payment, and non-receipt.   MY POSTAGE UNDERCHARGE GUARANTEE TO ALL BUYERS (I always undercharge on postage!):-  Due to UK Royal Mail's obscene price increases this year - I have had no choice but to increase postage charges a little.  Until this year - I had kept them exactly the same since I joined ebay back in 2002.  However this years price increases have been so obscene, that I have had no choice but to increase my postage charges for the first time ever.  However PLEASE NOTE - my absolute 100% guarantee to you as a buyer - is that I will ALWAYS undercharge postage on everything I send out.  Even after the increases, I am still charging you the buyer LESS than I am being charged myself.  On each package I send out - the price is clearly stated on the front of the package (please check it when you recieve it!).  I also do NOT charge for packaging costs - ONLY for postal costs!  And should you find that I have overcharged you postage in ANY way - I will refund DOUBLE the difference.  THAT IS MY 100% POSTAL GUARANTEE FOR EACH AND EVERY BUYER!  No buyer EVER deserves to be overcharged on postage - and on my listings, I'll make sure they are ALWAYS undercharged.  Any questions - please ask!
