This is the MONSTER RARE issue..because of the following:
Withdrawn Turquoise cover
Label Mis credit..credits track "3" to SUPERHYPE on side 1 label
SO IF YOU EVER WANTED TO HAVE "THE HOLY GRAIL" OF ZEPPELIN RECORDS ALL THE ABOVE MAKE THIS A VERY VERY RARE RECORD and also it is in FANTASTIC CONDITION!! (i have had a few copies of these and this is a real nice copy..so do not miss it!!)
Cover: (see below)
The TURQUOISE text cover is in FANTASTIC condition!! with no tears,stickers,writing or edge splits, there is no ring wear and the spine text is fully readable
Front: The laminated front is very clean with no ring wear..the laminate shines, it has no writing or major laminate wear..there are just a few small spine creases and a few on the zeppelin itself ( which 99% copies do)..no fethering on the opening edge and the corner tips are nice (EX)
Back: The back is also nice with no ring wear or writing but has a few more creases and some laminate lifting on the spine...again corner tips are nice and there is no fethering on the opening (EX- TO EX)
Edges/spine: nice with no splits and the spine text fully readable (EX)
OVERALL IT IS A REALLY NICE COVER!!
Inner: EX
The original poly lined inner has no splits or damage
Labels: EX+
The labels which have the SUPERHYPE mis-credit (track 3 credited to superhype) and the uncorrected matrixes are in nice condition
Record: EX (visual)
The record is in SUPERB condition!! with full gloss and shine and no bad scratches..when you look under very strong light and tilt the record at different angles you can see some light marks (mostly removal marks...once again no deep scratches!)..A SUPERB VISUAL RECORD!!
Record:( audio)
The record is unwarped and plays with no sound distortion ,the tracks play mostly well with some light crackle in places but on "communication breakdown" there is a "pop" at the start, the rest of the album plays well with the above mentioned crackle etc
SO ALTOGETHER A FANTASTIC COPY OF THE HOLY GRAIL FOR ZEPPELIN FANS
DO NOT LET THIS FANTASTIC ALBUM GET AWAY!!
