Led Zeppelin 'Physical Graffiti' - original 1975 UK issue vinyl double LP - (cat no. SSK 89400) (cr)
Description
- Original 1975 issue of 'Physical Graffiti' by Led Zeppelin, vinyl double LP
- UK pressing, catalogue number SSK 89400
- Released on the band's 'Swan Song' record label, the actual label of both records bears the 'Swan Song' logo and 'A Warner Communications Company' and the Warner's logo. The label states the the records were 'Made in the UK'
- Features two printed inner sleeves surrounded by a card inner folded 'wrap-around' with track listing and recording details etc.
- Track listing:-
Side Two: Houses Of The Holy / Trampled Underfoot / Kashmir
Side Three: In The Light / Bron-y-Aur Stomp / Down By The Seaside / Ten Years Gone
Side Four: Night Flight / Wanton Song / Boogie With Stu / Black Country Woman / Sick Again
- Matrix numbers on the run-out are:- SSK-89400-A1, SSK-89400-B4, SSK-89400-C2, SSK-89400-D1
- The label bears a stamp 'AW Green Records' in the middle around the spindle hole
- Comes with heavyweight, clear plastic protective sleeve (the type you used to get in record shops!)
Condition
- The outer sleeve and inner sleeves are in excellent condition and show little sign of wear. There are no marks, no wear on the edges and no signs of glue coming unstuck. (The cover appears to have been protected for a long time, possibly since purchase, by the clear plastic sleeve)
- The records are also in excellent condition and have no apparent scratches or scuffs. Both show no signs of warping. (The records have not been played by us so we can't attest to the quality of the playback). No apparent spindle marks or hole wear.
- Based on the guidelines of the Record Collectors Guild, I would say this LP lies somewhere between 'very good' and 'near mint' (http://www.recordcollectorsguild.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=17&page=1)
