There are absolutely no issues to list. I mean the records only had one play, and after this they were stored in a smoke free zone in a protective sleeve and never removed again until now. You can see for yourself in the close up view below of the actual item justifys the strength of the cover, inners & both vinyl & labels. They are flawless. 100% beautiful classic rock, in a TOP state. 

Labels : Not one spindle mark on any of the four sides. No rip, no names, no tear or fade etc. 100% PERFECT.

The inner picture window sleeves, are totally intact & free from any rips, loosening of glue, names, tear, or splitting. These are STUNNING> SSK 89004 A & SSK 89004 B. 100% ORIGINAL.

THE VINYL WILL TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY>>>>All sides are immaculate, not a single mark, even in the brightest of harsh white light, they are STUNNERS. No scartched marks, no ingrained dust, no pops, ticks, skipbacks, crackle, distortion or any other issues. This has had one play. I know how it sounds, as its never been played again. 100% PERFECT.

The inner sleeve, is smooth & glossy on the outside as you can see. the inner part of this is textured & thick heavy card. BEAUTIFUL & SPOTLESS. 100%

The all to rare outer box cover is 99.9% PERFECT. No ripping or tear, a little tiny part of wear on one of the parts of window design, and thats being pretty damn critical in my description. Its free from any handwritten names, or heavy wear, only the slightest, almost unoticable expected wear at the corner. For a 1975 release this is unheard of.

I have kept this pristine for over 30 years plus. Try & find a better one. An ORIGINAL & NOT LATER GERMAN PRESSING. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!! All the contents are stored in two separate poly inners, records are outside of the inners as to avoid any splitting.

Most of these were trashed to bits at parties or handled to heavy & as a result ripped and torn to shreds. This one never left its home. Not once. And as a result in 2012 is available to the right new caring home, I've taken care of it for long enough...Over 35 years. this record & cover are in better shape than some people the same age!!!!! DO NOT MISS OUT!! YOU WILL NEVER LIVE IT DOWN. I love vinyl & always respect another collectors love for it.

The album's sleeve design features a photograph of a New York City tenement block, with interchanging window illustrations. The album designer, Peter Corriston, was looking for a building that was symmetrical with interesting details, that was not obstructed by other objects and would fit the square album cover. He said:

We walked around the city for a few weeks looking for the right building. I had come up [with] a concept for the band based on the tenement, people living there and moving in and out. The original album featured the building with the windows cut out on the cover and various sleeves that could be placed under the cover, filling the windows with the album title, track information or liner notes.[11]

The two five-story buildings photographed for the album cover are located at 96 and 98 St. Mark's Place in New York City.[12][13] The original photograph underwent a number of tweaks to arrive at the final image. The fifth floor of the building had to be cropped out to fit the square album cover format.[11] The buildings to the left and right were also changed to match the style of the double front. Tiles were added on the roof section along with more faces. Part of the top right railing balcony was left out for a whole window frame to be visible. The front cover is a daytime shot, while the back cover (above) was taken at night.

Mike Doud is listed as the cover artist on the inner sleeve, and either the concept or design or both were his. He passed away in the early 1990s, and this album design was one of his crowning achievements in a lifetime of design. In 1976 the album was nominated for a Grammy Award in the category of best album package. (Doud would later win a Grammy for best album cover of the year in 1978).

The buildings on the album cover were the same ones that Keith Richards and Mick Jagger were filmed in front of in The Rolling Stones music video "Waiting on a Friend".[14] There was a used clothing store in the basement of 96 St. Mark's Place called Physical Graffiti. There is currently a shop called Physical Graffitea. The building has been profiled on the television show, Rock Junket.[15]

The original album jacket for the LP album included four covers made up of two inners (for each disc), a middle insert cover and an outer cover. The inner covers depict various objects and people (including photos of Plant and Richard Cole in drag)[3] on each window. The middle insert cover is white and details all the album track listings and recording information. The outer cover has die-cut windows on the building, so when the middle cover is wrapped around the inner covers and slid into the outer cover, the title of the album is shown on the front cover, spelling out the name "Physical Graffiti".

Record will be packed in a tough custom box DEFENDAPACK mailer as shown in the photos below. The mailer has a locking tab. The record will be placed outside the cover inside a polythene protector between two card stiffeners and sealed at the top with fragile marked masking tape.

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any moajor defects is acceptable

Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has notceably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler

CD's and CASSETTES As a general rule CD's and Cassettes either play perfectly - inwhich case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CD's are difficult to grade visually; they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaces if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves
