THIS COPY IS IN STUNNING CONDITION AND HAS PROBABLY ONLY EVER BEEN PLAYED, OR PART PLAYED, JUST THE ONE TIME (the Side Two label has just one light spindle trace, the Side One label has NONE - which leads me to believe that Side One has probably had ONE play and Side Two is UNPLAYED)
THE FIRST ISSUE THICK CARD MATTE, "Hipgnosis" DESIGNED GATEFOLD SLEEVE WITH THE BAND NAME AND TITLE - 'LED ZEPPELIN PRESENCE' ON THE FRONT AND THE SWAN SONG LOGO ON THE BACK; BOTH EMBOSSED - IS IN BEAUTIFULLY CRISP, WHITE, MINT(-) CONDITION
AND THE ORIGINAL TEXTURED SOFT PAPER INNER SLEEVE WITH TWO DIFFERENT VIEWS OF "THE OBJECT" AND WITH "Printed and made in England" TEXT AND "SSK 59402" CATALOGUE NUMBER IS NEAR MINT WITH NO SPLITS TO ANY OF THE EDGES

PRE-RELEASE MATRIX NUMBERS: SSK-59402-A1 / SSK-59402-B1 (first UK pressing all had combinations of A1 or 2 and B1 or 2 and these all appear to have been released simultaneously as PRESENCE had one of the highest advance orders ever in the UK, going gold on the day of release - this A1/B1 pressing is incredibly rare and was only issued on the WHITE LABEL TEST PRESSING and earliest PRE-RELEASE PRESSINGS made before the 31st March 1976 release date) (the matrix numbers are clearly visible in the two close-up photos of the labels)

THIS REALLY IS A SUPERB UK *COMPLETE* VERY FIRST PRESSED COPY IN A BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN WHITE EMBOSSED SLEEVE AND DELIVERING ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL AUDIO - ONE OF THE FINEST COPIES I HAVE SEEN IN A WHILE OF ANY PRESSING AND AS THE A1/B1 PRE-RELEASE VERY SCARCE AND VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

LABELS: MINT(-) CLEAN, BRIGHT and UNMARKED with ONE light spindle traces on the Side Two label. Both labels carry the "Made in UK" text
VINYL Visual: Both surfaces retain their original DEEP, LIKE-NEW, GLOSSY SHEEN and are practically UNMARKED (some ultra light hairline marks only which have absolutely NO audio consequence)
VINYL Audio: OUTSTANDING - CRYSTAL CLEAR, DEEP, RICH VIBRANT SOUND - FANTASTIC POWERFUL CUT. There are NO scratches, NO sticks, NO jumps, NO clicks or pops - A REALLY BEAUTIFUL COPY. The album plays to its highest possible standard with NO groove-wear and NO distortion (its hardly been played) and is critically graded MINT for audio - the playback is FLAWLESS THROUGHOUT - FANTASTIC LP
SLEEVE: The gatefold cover is in practically UNTOUCHED, MINT(-) condition - One of the finest and CLEANEST examples I have ever seen. There is NO wear to any of the edges which are CRISP and SQUARE and the spine displays all text CLEAR and BOLD - BEAUTIFUL SLEEVE
INNER SLEEVE: The delicate TEXTURED inner is NEAR MINT - CLEAN and UNMARKED with very little handling wear and NO splits to any of the edges (which is extremely rare for this delicate inner, there is record pressure to the bottom edge but the record has not split through). The LP is now housed, and will be posted in a new inner to avoid any 'knifing' damage to the original during transit
