Description

• Disc condition: NM - Disc is flat to the deck, no dishing or warping. Minimal spindle wear only, very clean disc. Superb punchy audio. Red/plum Atlantic labels with first edition catalogue number 588171.

• Sleeve condition: EX - MacNeill Press Ltd fully laminated sleeve. Has minimal creasing, and a little bubbling to the laminate at spine edges. Spine lettering all sharp and legible. In super over all shape. This is a very rare misprint variation, as it has a solid grey block across the bottom of the sleeve! Possibly only a very limited run of these sleeves were made before the printers spotted this error! Maybe a few got out. This is one such rare example.

• Matrix (machine stamped): 58(8)8171 A//1 1 2 11 58(8)8171 B//1 13 44 (the 8 is crossed through on both sides and hand etched)

• Regarded as a 1969 UK pressing version 6. 2nd Pressing with Orange Sleeve Lettering. Warner Bros./7 Arts publishing credits on one line on the red/plum Atlantic labels. Comes with "plastic bags can be dangerous" polylined inner that is dated 7/70. The inner may be original in which case this pressing dates it to 1970. Turquiose lettering first UK editions in this shape are near impossible. This press is very likely from same year or very close (1970). A fraction of the price in superb rare condition! Giving extra rarity value with the misprinted sleeve! Don't miss it!
