Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven b/w Whole Lotta Love
Atlantic Records - LZ 3
This promo single from 1990 was originally released in a small quantity - 150 copies only. This release has been bootlegged and counterfeit copies are rife. I have investigated quite thoroughly to try and ascertain whether this is a genuine copy and from what I have found out I believe it could well be. The label seems to match standard Atlantic releases of the time (no dots etc). The run out grooves have: - LZ-3-A and LZ-3-B as well as the initials DM, there is no mention of a Lyntone number at all which many fakes seem to have on them. The vinyl sounds very clear and plays exceptionally well on both sides, I am led to believe bootlegs do not have a great clear sound. The letter is a photocopy that seems to match other legitimate copies that have sold. This promo has been in my Dads collection for many years and rarely played and around the release time he was a resident DJ at a couple of Rock pubs and clubs as well as running a mobile rock roadshow.
Both tracks are full length.

Single comes housed in a plain white sleeve that has light creasing and a few nibbles around the centrehole. Graded VG
Please examine the photographs as these form part of the description and will show any writing to sleeves and label as I do sometimes fail to notice everything.
All vinyl has had a clean but will no doubt appreciate an extra wipe over.
Item will be posted in extra strong mailer with stiffeners to ensure safe arrival - vinyl record will come in a plain sleeve in addition to the photographed sleeve to ensure no seam splits(unless mentioned in description above) occur during transit. Should the item sell for over £50 I will upgrade postage at my expense for insurance purposes.
