THIS IS A TRULY INTERESTING (and seemingly RARE) ALBUM!!  The album cover is labeled "Led Zeppelin: For Your Love" and contains 2 LP's, both with identical "fake" labels.  They are identical except for the color, one being red and the other, light green.  The album labels themselves both read..."Full Disclosure" + "Rock Solid Records" and list false track names; none of which match the tracks listed on the album cover itself.

What makes this album such an interesting conundrum is that, (from what research I have been able to do online) while the cover states this was recorded at the Fillmore West on January 10th, 1969, (during what would have been Led Zeppelin's FIRST American tour) the album labels "Full Disclosure" would seem to indicate that they may actually have been recordings from a live concert show in Osaka, Japan in 1971.  Therein lies the mystery.  I am neither a connoisseur or collector of this type of recording and could not begin to tell you which is correct.  But, I understand that this is a niche area of interest for some real music purist and I am sure someone out there knows the real truth about what is going on with these albums.

UPDATE:  Based on some NEW information provided by someone reviewing this listing, and clearly more knowledgeable than myself, it appears that it can now be confirmed, that these were in fact recorded at the Fillmore West show during the FIRST tour of America by Led Zeppelin!  This is based on the matrix numbers scribed onto each disc, "RSR-238 A-B-C & D", respectively.  Thanks to David, for the info!

The albums are in excellent condition with intact plastic album jackets and they are quite playable but, there is some wear of the album cover itself.   It is my understanding, again from what information I have been able to glean from the internet, that regardless of what the actual source of the recordings, there were VERY, VERY FEW of the albums actually pressed.  But, I encourage you to do your own research BEFORE bidding! 

Make no mistake...this would be an AWESOME addition to any collector of bootleg recordings or serious Led Zeppelin fan!!
