Led Zeppelin : Soundtrack from the film 'The Song Remains The Same'
This double album plays with great quality and there is not one single click or pop! There is only very minimal light static in some of the quieter sections but this is non-intrusive and overall the playback is stunning.
The cover is a thing of wonder! If you want a cover that is as close to perfect as is possible then this is the one to own! The black inners are also in great condition with only minimal wear.

Play grading
I have played every track in full and both records play with excellent quality and for the majority the quality is Near Mint for sure. The first record just has a little intermittent static in the quieter sections but this does not intrude on the quality of the listen. There are no clicks or pops and it is clear the has only ever been lightly played. 'No Quarter' on S3 plays with sublime audio and has only minimal light static during the quieter moments here, it really is stunning! 'Stairway To Heaven' does not disappoint either and again has only minimal non-intrusive light static. 'Moby Dick' on S4 is absolutely stunning and I have never heard a better 'live' version than this one. 'Whole Lotta Love' ends the album with imperious quality again and barely any 'background'. A superb finale.
Visual grading
Both records are in lovely condition with a very strong glossy sheen and no scratches. All I can detect are a small number of faint hairlines and with barely any spindle wear it is obvious they have hardly been played. Superb examples.
The Gatefold
This is without doubt the most stunning example of this textured gatefold that I have ever seen, it is almost 'as new'! The edges are nigh on perfect with only a couple of minor 'rubs' and the wide spine could not be any better. The corners are also in superb order and the opening edges have no handling wear either. The front cover is immaculate and the back cover is also close to perfect with only one very small white mark. The inside appears untouched and the 8 page colour booklet remains firmly attached. A stunning cover.
The Inner Sleeves
The original black inners only have a couple of very small areas of wear on the sides but no actual splits. They are very clean with no marking or creasing and only minimal corner wear.
The Labels
They are in superb shape with no marking or writing and hardly any spindle wear.
Play tested on my Pro-Ject Essential III Turntable // B & W 684 Speakers
The records have been professionally cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S machine
