Description
Here is a rare promotional copy of Led Zeppelin's live double album "The Song Remains The Same", soundtrack to their great movie of the same name. The cover of this has the official "Swan Song Inc - Promotional - Not For Sale" sticker across the front of the embossed gatefold cover, and someone has handwritten, at the bottom "and be sure to catch the film at a theatre in your area!". It also has a promotional hole at the top right. The cover has not been taken care of as well as it deserves but is still very solid. Here's the issues with the cover: someone has used masking tape on the spine and back top edge. It has bent edges, along with edge wear, and shelf / ring wear. Inside, the booklet is still nicely attached and in excellent shape! The vinyls have some marks on them, but it does not skip, though, as used vinyl will, it has some surface noise here and there, as well as a bit of popping. But, it plays fine, and this is the very original vinyl of this classic, having gone to the radio stations before the public. Purchase will include free shipping in the US, along with tracking.
