Description

Lee Morgan "Candy" on Blue Note 1590 from 1958. This is the original pressing with the W.63rd street address and deep grooves on both labels. RVG and "ear" are in the dead wax. The laminated cover is in VG condition, taped seams and shelf wear. The thick vinyl is visually VG- at best, with many, many light marks. It was not well cared for. However, it plays surprisingly nice, a clear example of the Blue Note quality deep grooves. There are no skips or jumps, light background noise throughout. Still a very enjoyable record to listen to. A very rare original pressing, not mint by any means, but still acceptable. No Reserve!
