Description
Second mono pressing of Lee Morgan's "Search For The New Land", with Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter and Grant Green.
The cover has a horizontal wrinkle in the upper right quadrant, with light wear. The spine and seams are good with mild soiling/yellowing. The back cover is very clean and has minimal yellowing. VG+
The vinyl has very good luster with clean, clear labels, and VanGelder in the dead wax. Side two has a small amount of extraction marks, and a diagonal scratch across track one and part of track two. It can't be felt and I wasn't able to detect it audibly. Sonically it is very satisfying. VG+
I rarely sell anything less than VG+. This is from my personal collection, which is generally VG+ and better. I'll be listing a number of jazz titles and some vintage rock as well. Keep watching for additional listings in the next couple of weeks.
Please note that even though this pressing has New York labels and VanGelder in the deadwax, it doesn't have the "ear" indicating it is a Liberty pressing.
