Description
You are bidding on a MONO recording of LEE MORGAN "SIDEWINDER" ON THE BLUE NOTE LABEL.
BLUE NOTE 4157
Engineered by Rudy Van Gelder with "van Gelder" etched in the dead wax. The viny includes the plastylite "EAR"
Played on a Rega turntable, the vinyl is estimated at VG++ with a few inaudible superficial marks. The only light noise worth mentioning was in the silence between "Boy, What a Night" and "Hocus Pocus" It was by no means intrusive and would have easily gone unnoticed if I wasn't studying the record for details to share.
The cover is estimated at VG+ with two 1/8th inch "marks" on the front cover three inches below "LEE". The seams are sound with a minimum of wear and the corners are lightly bumped. The reverse is quite clean with only the patina of age.
The record retains it's original Blue Note paper sleeve.
The record will be shipped in a new container with the vinyl removed from the cover and everything within a poly sleeve.
