This is the first edition, "VAN GELDER" stamped, P- pressing of LEE MORGAN's "The Rumproller" on the "New York" labels of Blue Note BST 84199. Musicians include Lee Morgan - trumpet, Joe Henderson - tenor saxophone, Ronnie Mathews - piano, Victor Sproles - bass, Billy Higgins - drums.
VINYL plays beautifully. Ensemble sections are very dynamic and strong, clear, clean and powerful. No Skips. No locked grooves. No distortion. Very Good gloss. A few hairline marks, a couple feelable. (If you can't feel it you won't hear it) The "New York" labels are clean with spindle marks. See photos.
COVER is in very good shape, corners worn. Seams and spine very good. "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23" back jacket clean. Please see photos.
