1st pressing with Plastylite ear.

Van Gelder stamp in dead wax.


VINYL: Strong VG

Original luster, no warp. A few short hairlines, a couple that can be felt slightly with a fingernail. With mono cartridge, it sounds great. No distortion or groove wear. Very low surface crackle during lead-ins and between tracks. The visible scratches aren’t audible - the music is very loud. A stereo cartridge exposes more surface crackle and an occasional mild tic in a couple places. If you’re looking for NM, this copy does not merit that grade, but it is a great play copy. Following Goldmine grading standards, this is a strong VG, play test verging toward VG+ with mono cart. Overall very nice. (See photos.)

Solid cover, well-centered spine, no seam splits. Slight corner dings, ring wear and aging. Slight wrinkling in the middle, as made. Presents well. (See photos.)
