Original 1st Issue MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the mid 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4157) 

- NEW YORK USA address on both sides
- VAN GELDER and the EAR are stamped in the run off grooves on both sides
- 43 West 61st St., New York 23 address along the bottom edge on the back of the cover

RECORD CONDITION:  NEAR MINT to MINT-
 - both sides are nice and clean
- both sides play great, like new
- Labels are clean, one small extremely light barely visible spindle mark on one side

COVER CONDITION:  EXCELLENT to EXCELLENT+ 
 - still has the original plastic wrap on it (Not Sealed)
- the front is nice and clean with only very light wear at the tips of the two right hand corners
- there is a very small, very lightly torn spot at the open end on the back of the cover
