Record Grading: Very Good (VG)
Side 1/Side 2: VG: Flat Edge, some faint surface scuffs & scratches, about 4 -5 feelable small scratches, a bit deep small scratch on end of groove Side 1, there may be skip and pops, plays with some light surface noise or crackle in parts, still enjoyable sounds.
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS 767 LEXINGTON AVE nyc" Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" hand etched on both sides.
"ear" mark on both sides.
Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)
Front/Back: Clear tape on bottom edge, edge & corner wear, some scuffs, still nice.

NM NEAR MINT = Slightly less than perfect, vinyl has a few slightest of wear, nothing major.
VG+ VERY GOOD PLUS = Has a few more minor scratches and scuffs which shouldn't affect play.
VG VERY GOOD = More scratches and scuffs than VG+, but still in fairly nice condition.
G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
