Leeway – Desperate MeasuresLeeway are a crossover thrash band formed in Astoria, New York, USA in 1984 by guitarist A.J. Novello and vocalist Eddie Sutton under the name The Unruled. They played alongside groups such as Crumbsuckers, Prong, Ludichrist, Bad Brains, and Sick of It All at the predominantly hardcore punk-oriented CBGB venue, and with Irenicon at famed Long Island venue Sundance, and had metal influences from the start.

Side Two: Kingpin; Who's To Blame; Ball Hugger; Minute Warning; The Future (Ain't What It Used To Be).
The album is on Profile Records, FILER 403. Matrix side one: FILER 403 A-1 (written). Matrix side two: FILER 403 B-1 (written).

Condition: (as Record Collector’s grading system)
Vinyl side 1: excellent (a few very light superficial marks can only be seen under bright light that do not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 2: excellent (a few very light superficial marks can only be seen under bright light that do not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Cover (glossy): excellent (a few small light edge creases).
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
