Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. TITLE & ARTIST: "Only In America: Songs of Leiber & Stoller" - by Various Artists on the European WEA/Atlantic Records label (ATL 99098), in beautiful original "mono/stereo" sound, released 1980.
CONDITION: JACKET - EX(Jacket has very light wear with light corner bumps/edge wear; the inside of the gatefold, filled with small liner notes, is beautifully unmarked - please see actual album in photo); VINYL - Near Mint (WEA/Atlantic's vinyl is immaculately clean and shiny, with no discernable marks - Visually Graded under custom spotlight).  
SPECIAL FEATURES: Rare and legendary Leiber/Stoller compilation album featuring the original monaural and stereo versions of their great songs, pressed in Europe with meticulous care on pure virgin vinyl. This is the best possible copy of this stupendous collection - a treasure!

OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
