LP
LENA ZAVARONI rocketed to fame in 1974 with her recording of "Ma, He's Making Eyes At Me" and became the youngest-ever artiste to appear on BBC Television's "Top Of The Pops". She was introduced to the British public on television's "Opportunity Knocks" at the end of 1973 aged only 10, and for five weeks running topped the viewer's voting polls.
She was the youngest-ever performer to appear on a Royal Variety Show, starring in two sell-out concerts at the world-famous London Palladium where later she topped the bill for a whole week at the tender age of 14! In the USA Lena turned in a stunning performance at a Hollywood Charity Gala starring Frank Sinatra and Lucille Ball.
Recorded when she was just fourteen years old, these recordings are a lasting memento to her unique talent.The LP cover is autographed. Lena sadly passed away in 1999 aged 34.
