"CAT MEETS MICE" - The KLennie Felix Trio - Columbia 33SX1298 - Original mono UK LP - - WOW!!!!!!!! Another chance to acquire this brilliant and SO, SO RARE LP!!!!!! - - RE-LISTED DUE TO NON PAYING TIME WASTER!!!! - As you may recall from my original listing of this item 4 or 5 weeks ago, it is a SUPERB copy. - -The flipback cover, beautiful with it's outstanding girlie cover photo by Pete Leslie, is completely without splits or tears, only miniscule corner and edge wear, the back bright clean and WHITE, with just a couple of small scuffs and light marks!!! - - The disc is AWESOME!!!!!  Virtually unmarked, with gleamong vinyl and it's gold and green labels not even showing spindle marks!!!! - naturally, it plays PERFECTLY!!!! - - The 3 Lennie's here, Lennie Felix piano, Lennie Bush on bass and "Oooh ya, ooh ya", Lennie Hastings on drums, serve up a veritable feast of outstanding, straight ahead jazz!!!! - - Felix as always is full of surprises, with his fast thinking and plethora of constant jazz ideas is an absolute joy, to say nothing of his impeccable prowess on the piano. -   What a great loss he is to us, he is sadly missed!!! - - Perfectly supported here by the other 2 Lennie's, this is one of my all time favourite records and certainly a perfect example of what was so great about the 50's and 60's Britjazz movement! - Trax are: "Rosetta", "Peg o' my heart", "Laura", "Margie", "Elaine", "Dinah", "Marie", "Ida sweet as.", "Stella by starlight", "Sweet Lorraine", "Blues for Tracy" and "Diane".  These trax take us thru every emotion Lennie can muster, from beautiful cool ballads, to the most hard driving excitement that he is so capapble of.   Totally thru'out, a SUPERLATIVE programme of THE VERY BEST, in piano jazz!!!!  -  - DON'T MISS THIS ONE- IT IS A SUPER COPY AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND, CERTAINLY IN THIS CONDITION ANYWAY!!! - - I ship Worldwide, buyer pays shipping at cost. - I can accept payment by: PAYPAL, IPMO's and IMO's drawn
