For sale is the LENNY HAMBRO QUINTET's "The Nature Of Things," on Epic LN 3361, MONO, DG, 1958.
SOUND: VG+/NM It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. Overall, a very nice playback! Side A is very nice, with a few brief instances of soft surface noise/tics. Very minor-- the overall sound/listening experience is excellent. Side B is a notch better: very clean, beautiful playback!
VINYL: VG+ or better There are a few routine hairline marks/scuffs, which appear superficial. The labels are deep-grooved, yellow/black Epic, with a few faint spindle marks, otherwise clean and bright.
JACKET: VG+ or better The edges and spine are solid, in good condition. The corners have a touch of routine wear. Front cover is clean and unmarked, with minor routine wear. The back has 2 small notations in pen, otherwise nice and clean.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction.
