DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: small sticker tear top right front and a 3cm seam split on the bottom edge from the opening, otherwise lovely..nice and clean..Spine lettering clear: VG+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few wispy ultrafine surface hairlines..plays beautifully with light static which goes as the side plays..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Beautiful clear sound!: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX to EX+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: As Side one..just a few wispy ultrafine surface hairlines..again, plays beautifully with light static which goes as the side plays..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Beautiful clear sound!: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX to EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
