Rare 1967 Columbia Records, original US pressing, Columbia "2-Eye" labels. Leonard Cohen's debut album, a timeless masterpiece, beautiful warm analog sound on the original vinyl.
VPI cleaned and play graded, record in strong VG+ condition. It would rate an EX+, but there is a light persistent tick during the first 30-40 seconds or so of "Suzanne", and then a similar light tick at the beginning of "Sisters of Mercy" as well (not bad, only really noticeable if you're paying attention for such flaws). Otherwise, the rest plays excellent, amazingly clean for its age . The cover is still in original shrink, looks fantastic, almost like new. Includes the original fold-over lyric insert as well.
