Description
For instant sale is an excellent condition copy of the 'VARIOUS POSITIONS' album from 1984 by LEONARD COHEN on the CBS label. It has red labels rather than the usual CBS 'Sunburst' ones but seems to be a UK first pressing with the earliest A1 and B1 matrices. It looks like it has hardly been played and would be a superb addition to any record collection. The sleeve is still in its shrinkwrap (opened on one side) and is in excellent condition with hardly any marks or wear at all. However, there is a red/orange sticker under the shrinkwrap which can be seen in the photo 1. The spine is clean, sharp and fully readable. Please study all the photos carefully to see the condition for yourself. The labels are in excellent condition with virtually no 'spindle trails' indicating that the record has hardly been played. The record looks in really excellent condition with hardly any marks on it. However, I have not had time to play it so I cannot comment on the sound quality. But from a purely visual impression I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better example of this fine album. The record will be wrapped in bubblewrap before posting to ensure that it does not get damaged on its journey. I will dispatch the record in a proper record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by second class post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible.
