Hello and Welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:
TITLE/ARTIST: "Music Out of the Moon (Music Unusual Featuring the Theremin" by Les Baxter/Harry Revel/Dr. Samuel J. Hoffman on the Capitol Records label (H-2000) in vintage original monaural sound, issued circa 1950.
CONDITION OF VINYL: Excellent(Vinyl has a few light scuff marks - graded visually using special daylight balanced spotlight). CONDITION OF JACKET: Excellent(Jacket has light overall wear - please see photos of actual album offered).
SPECIAL FEATURES: Very rare Capitol Records original vinyl issue of Les Baxter's great 6-song 10" LP "Music Out of the Moon (Music Unusual Featuring the Theremin)". This is the original dark blue-cover cardboard sleeve 1950 edition, with interesting back cover liner notes under the heading "An Adventure" - of that you may be sure! Excellent condition. This is a treasure.

SPECIAL NOTES: All of our albums are visually graded, but we will gladly play them to confirm condition. Please email us if you would like that service. RATING SYSTEM: New (sealed in original wrap); Near Mint (very light wear and uniform glossy vinyl appearance; one or two light rubs on jacket surface or corner); VG++ (light wear that is visible but not audible; light wear to jacket edges or corners); VG+ (many marks on record surface that are lightly audible during quiet passages; small splits, marks, or tears on jacket); VG (surface covered with light scuffs or marks that are audible during all but loudest passages; jacket extensively marked, split, or torn: note: we only sell this grade on very rare records).
