A very fine, early direct-to-disc recording from Century Records that, from the first moment, sounds like you have musicians in your listening room.
Pressed in Germany on virgin vinyl, limited edition CRDD 1010 features the Les Brown Band playing SIR DUKE, TICKLE TOE, SATIN DOLL, FLY ME TO THE MOON, ALONE AGAIN, and GONNA FLY NOW (Theme from "Rocky"), among others.
Terrific presence here, coupled with explosive transients, the recording itself was mixed in process by Wally Heider, and to this day is one of the most successful direct-to-discs out there, bar none.
Great charts, wonderful playing, entirely worthy of the finest vinyl library, here factory sealed.
