BEST KNOWN for her lone songwriting contribution to an early Elton John album. She signed a solo deal with CBS and issued a couple of stellar femme folk psych works of which this has always been regarded as the best. The style is very direct and recorded extremely well with a fine cast of backing musicians including Chris Spedding on guitar, Andy Bown on bass and the omni present Barry De Souza on drums. Think Judee Sill, Bridget St John and Carole King among others but with a bit more British umph!

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Vinyl: Beautiful virtually unplayed condition. No spindle marks and no other signs of use. Grades as shop fresh MINT!

Cover: No visible signs of use. Issued in a beautifully designed gate fold style 'unipak' cover. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Just a hint of storage wear. Spine is stiff, square and totally uncrushed. Impossible to find like this after 46 years. Grades as top MINT-!
