THE LESTER YOUNG-TEDDY WILSON QUARTET 'PRES AND TEDDY' LP VERVE RECORDS MONO MG V 8205 * * * MONO pressing of this 1956 classic, with DEEP GROOVE "Trumpeter" labels. This memorable session marks Young's reunion with Wilson and drummer Jo Jones. A young Gene Ramey plays the bass on this great record. * * * VINYL:VG++(Just a notch below NM. A few very slight surface scuffs do not significantly distract from overall beautiful appearance and excellent playability of this lustrous disc.) LABELS:NM COVER:VG++(No major or unsightly flaws on this nicely preserved cover. A few minor imperfections have been noted: Some sticker residue on the front cover and a stamp on the back. Absolute minimal 'discoloration' from aging on either side. A faint hint of ring wear is detectable on either side. Corners look very nice and firm with only the lightest wrinkles or bumps - no significant creasing. Don't be distracted by these insignificant details - the jacket has stayed in fantastic condition over the years!) LOW STARTING BID! GREAT COPY! NO RESERVE!
