Label: ATCO. White label promotional/ demo copy. Catalog number is 45-6383.
Year: 1965.
NOTE: Early collaboration involving Levon Helm, Robbie Robertson, Rick Danko, Richard Manuel, and Garth Hudson prior to their work backing Bob Dylan and subsequently achieving superstardom as “The Band.”
Condition: Condition is nice VG to VG+ with nearly 100% of the original gloss remaining. Has been played a relatively small number of times, but was stored outside of its original sleeve which resulted in some minor scuffs and a couple hairline marks that produce some audible ticks, but the fidelity is quite clean and strong and the overall listening experience is enjoyable as you can hear in the accompanying sound clips. No skips, or jumps. Will sound great on the dance floor.
Comes with original vintage ATCO RECORDS factory sleeve in excellent condition.
