VERY RARE AND OUT OF PRINT. Still sealed in perfect condition EXCEPT a three inch by two inch section of the shrinkwrap is missing on the front bottom right. The cover in that area is not affected. I worked at an indie distributor in 1982 and picked this up back then. I assume it has the insert.
