The Original Combined effort pressing comes with a 3 panel tri-fold sleeve. There were two original pressings, one with silver labels and one with red labels. Many believe the RED label records are more rare as the total amount of pressings offered was limited. This is the Original on Combined Effort Records; the record was later repressed on Vermiform Records. All contents are in excellent condition.
