Audiophile vinyl release of "Blues Hoot", featuring live performances by Lightnin` Hopkins, Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee and Big Joe Williiams, recorded at the Ash Grove in Hollywood (1961). Released on DCC Compact Classics in the early 1990s.

Re-mastered from the original concert tapes by Steve Hoffman on DCC’s vintage vacuum-tube playback system, these DCC releases are amongst the finest audiophile recordings ever committed to vinyl.

Strictly limited to a series of only 5000 copies, this is copy number 1441/5000.

GRADING:
