Sleeve Included: Yes a plain inner sleeve 
Vinyl Grade: VERY GOOD+ the disc has some very light surface marks but nothing deep and clean and glossy overall

Jacket Grade: VERY GOOD+ jacket has some corner and edge wear, some writing inside the open flap, and some light rubbing wear
