Linda Jones was a singer that could have and should have become one of the true greats. She had a steady stream of medium hits throughout the late 60s and early 70s to signal that superstardom may have been just around the corner.  Both Aretha and Gladys have made it clear that she was one of the greatest female artists they had heard.  And her live act was something that had to be experienced to believe. Here is her debut abum that includes her huge hit ‘Hypnotised’ and so much more. Believe me when I say, this girl can holler ! Finding a still sealed original copy?!?! Forget it – not even a HOPE!!! This may be the last one you will ever see.

(b)          The record is believed to come in its original stock inner sleeve.

(c)           The record is pressed on a beautiful, thick, inflexible vinyl, which was usually used for the first or very early pressings. Usually, the sound on such thick vinyl pressings is full-bodied, vivid, and even dramatic. Do not expect to obtain such a majestic analog sound from a digital recording!

(d)          Of course, this is a full-bodied ANALOG recording, and not an inferior, digital recording!!!

·       COVER

COVER IS STILL SEALED; HOWEVER, WE ARE UNABLE TO GRADE IT MINT OR NEAR MINT DUE TO MINOR FLAWS LISTED BELOW; WE GRADE THIS COVER AS EXCELLENT OR VG+++

The following flaws or imperfections are noted on the cover:

-        The front cover has a tiny, inconspicuous,  metal ring in the upper left corner, indicating that the album was the property of the radio or broadcasting station.

-         Cover has a partially split bottom seam (between 4 and 6 inches  / 10 to 15 centimeters)

-         Cover has some fraying/wear along the lower seam

-         Cover has a small peel-off mark, probably from the careless removal of the price sticker,  delicately masked (camouflaged) with a like-colored marker   (less than ¼ square inch in size)

-         Cover has a light "wrinkle" (crease)  in one of the corners.

-         Cover has three corners slightly worn / dinged / bent.

-        No ring wear

-        No cut-out (drill) holes.

-        No cut-out corners

-        No saw-marks or indents

-        No dirt/dust rubbing stains (friction marks caused by rubbing against other covers)
