Description


LIONEL HAMPTON - "Stop! I Don't Need No Sympathy". Great cheesecake cover. 

Classic soul jazz. Original USA pressing LP on Brunswick Records. White label promo. SIGNED on the back by Lionel, with a dedication to a local fan. Cover is VG (top right and bottom left corners, on front, show some waviness from old moisture exposure). Labels are NM. Record is NM one side, VG++ other side (one small surface line away from NM). Signature on back cover is nice and clear, with some minor smudging on the message written near top edge, from old moisture exposure.

Lionel Hampton passed away in 2002.
