Description
Liquid Smoke - Liquid Smoke LP. Liquid Smoke was a Long Island, New York group. Their sole LP, produced by Vinny Testa (who also produced Frijid Pink), was released in early 1970. The music is best described as classic blues-rock mixed with tasty hard-rock. Much of this album is organ-based with great heavy guitar parts, sounding a bit like Humble Pie and Vanilla Fudge, with quite some psychedelia added. Though an underrated band, Liquid Smoke was on par with those aforementioned groups. (m-/m-, new but has very tiny corner ding, great but for the pickiest of you)
