Nice early 60s teener that for some reason was never released.
This is an original, nearly-50-year-old acetate, not a dodgy re-pressing!
The writing on the sleeve reads as follows: "I Never Want To See You Again" (Benny Joy), Champion Music demo --
released back to Benny Joy, then signed to Raleigh Music, Inc. Then released back to Benny Joy -- D.B.A. Acropolis
Publications. See Acropolis demo tape -- also available on this song. Acropolis demo lyrics different than Champion demo.
Song (lyrics) was re-written." The Audiodiscs acetate sleeve has some age spots and seam splits.
Note: This was Benny's personal copy of this record, which resided in his collection until his death in 1992.
