Bluejean Bop! is the debut album of Gene Vincent and His Blue Caps. Gene Vincent is one of the great early rock and roll singers and his songs rate among the best rockabilly of all time. Released in 1956 on Capital Records, this record features some classic rockabilly songs like Bluejean Bop; Who Slapped John; Jump Back, Honey, Jump Back; and Bop Street. The record I am selling is the original 1956 release (mono). The record has been enjoyed over the years and has some scratches and scuffs that result in some surface noise during play. However, I listened to the entire record and it plays through without any skips. The music shines through and the record sounds great. The cover has only minor wear, and there is a name written on the front, but is still glossy and the overall condition is excellent.
