Originally released by Warner Bros. Records in 1977, listed here is a like new condition and long out of print half-speed mastered audiophile LP pressing for Little Feat’s sixth studio album "Time Loves A Hero".
SIDE ONE: 1) Hi Roller, 2) Time Loves A Hero, 3) Rocket In My Pocket, 4) Day At The Dog Races
SIDE TWO: 1) Old Folks Boogie, 2) Red Steamliner, 3) New Delhi Freight Train, 4) Keepin’ Up With The Joneses, 5) Missin’ You
"Time Loves A Hero" peaked at #34 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart in 1977.
Many notable guest musicians appear on this album. Co-conspirators include Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, Patrick Simmons, Michael McDonald and the Tower Of Power horns.
A "Nautilus SuperDisc" is a recording that reproduces with startling accuracy all of the musical energy and dynamics recorded by the artist on the original master tape. "SuperDiscs" are created using state of the art technology and the finest imported virgin vinyl. Each record is individually inspected using the highest quality control standards. Ticks and pops (surface noise) often found on mass-produced albums are virtually non-existent on Nautilus’ silky-quiet pressings. This album will make your stereo system sound better. Listen to a "Nautilus SuperDisc" and experience all the music.
Rarely handled and played even less. The loose shrink-wrap was slit at the jacket opening to allow access to the enclosed long out of print virgin vinyl audiophile LP while preserving the condition of the album cover. Aside from a spec of whiting on the upper left corner of the spine, the entire package (album jacket, insert, and audiophile vinyl LP) is pristine.
