This is a RARE AND GREAT - NORTHERN SOUL - UK PRESSING PROMO COPY single that RARELY comes up for sale !!! This is the 1970 DEMO PROMO UK issue of this single originally released in 1966 on LONDON / MONUMENT RECORDS !!! This issue had a mis-press title as “BANG BANG MAN” while the commercial release was “MISTER BANG BANG MAN”. This is an IN DEMAND - NORTHERN SOUL - FLOOR FILLER single that was comped on the: CLUB SOUL 1: THE SCENE CLUB and LONDON AMERICAN LABEL YEAR BY YEAR : 1966 and THE SCENE CLUB - HAM YARD LONDON 1963-66 and GO MOD! THE ANTHOLOGY: A DECADE OF MOD SKA SOUL 1957-1967 and THE HOME OF NORTHERN SOUL - WIGAN CASINO CHAPTER TWO and other compilations !!!
The tracks are: BANG BANG MAN / DON’T YOU KNOW.
The single came out on MONUMENT RECORDS catalogue number MON 1045.
VISUAL ONLY condition of the vinyl is in VG++ / EX condition (GREAT CONDITION !!! light scuffs), comes in an old white die cut sleeve !!!
