LITTLE JOE AND THE LATINAIRES: BSR Records BS-1001 (Mfd in the late 60's in Temple, TEXAS) Songs are: A LA GUERRA YA ME LLEVAN, LE ENORME DISTANCIA, QUIERO QUE SEPAS, COMO UN PERRO, EL DINERO NI DNADIAN, CUMBIA DE LA MEDIA NOCHE, HAY UNOS OJOS, EL REBELDE, LA CALANDRIA, LO MUCHO QUE TE QUIERO, HEMBRAS DEL SESENTA SON, and ANILLO DE COMPROMISO. This is a TIGHT group with a GREAT sound. They do a knockout version of the late 60's hit, "Believe Me When I Say How Much I Love You" (I can't remember the name of the original artist) in English, they do a good CUMBIA, and best of is an A+ searing hot LATIN SOUL number, "Como Un Perro." The cover has a parody of "Hippy Protesters" on the front; they are holding signs that read stuff like LITTLE JOE FOR PRES, REPENT EVERYTHING, HOW YOU BEAN, etc. The cover is in excellent condition with only very light shelfwear; the back cover has b/w photos promoting other BUENA SUERTE artists like THE NITE WALKERS, ROCKY HERNANDEZ, and others.
