Artist: Little Joe of Little Joe y La Familia. Record label: RED NECK Records, Temple, Texas...Little Joe's private label. LP title: LITTLE JOE...GOOD AS GOLD...15 SUPER HITS; No. RNR 1001; recorded in 1985. Song titles: View close-up images. Grade: Jacket: NM with very minor bumps on corners, but otherwise pristine; labels: NM- due to very minor bleeding of blue on the word RED on B side label, but otherwise super clean labels; vinyl: NM- due to a few rub marks; sound: NM with minimal background noise! Comments: Wow...talk about a mega rare Tejano LP! You NEVER see this LP for sale on ebay, because there were only a few hundred copies pressed, and collectors who have a copy of this LP will not sell it! I assure you that if I didn't have a MINT copy of this killer LP, I wouldn't be selling this one. RED NECK Records was Little Joe's private label that he formed in the 1985, and that same year he signed on with CBS International Records and recorded the 25th Silver Anniversary LP. And to add icing to the cake, this was the first (RNR 1001) and, to my knowledge, the only LP ever recorded on this highly collectible label! Collectors of Tejano music already know all there is to know about the legendary Little Joe, so I'll simply tell you that this monster rare LP belongs in a very important Tejano vinyl collection!
